Refund policy

I gladly take returns and exchanges! Please contact me within 31 days of receiving your jewelry to initiate that process. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt of the item in good condition. Delays are possible if we have any questions, concerns, or if the jewelry has been altered or damaged, so please make sure to add hello@lotusstonejewelry to your address book. I cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on custom work, made to order pieces, or sized rings. I'm so sorry. Each piece of jewelry I make requires hours of work and a significant commitment of materials. That said, I will gladly work with you whenever I can to alter or update a piece so that you'll be happy with it. My #1 goal is to have happy customers who love their jewelry! 

Also, each of our products are custom made to order, therefore "in stock" status indicates capacity for manufacturing, not the prefabrication of a product. As such, customers cede their right of withdrawal when they purchase.
